Terms of use

The plain-language rules for using this site: what our guides are, what they aren't, and where our responsibility ends. Effective date: July 16, 2026.

Agreement to these terms

By using LastMinuteTrips.net ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms of use. If you don't agree, the remedy is simple: don't use the site. Because there are no accounts or subscriptions here, these terms are the whole of the arrangement between us.

What the site is

LastMinuteTrips.net publishes independent, informational guides about booking travel on short notice. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel or booking platform. We do not sell travel, take reservations, process payments, or act as anyone's agent. Nothing on the site is an offer, a price quote, or a guarantee of availability. Who we are and how we work is described on the about page and in our editorial policy.

Informational content, not advice

Our guides describe strategies and general rules of thumb. Travel conditions change constantly — fares, refund rules, entry requirements, schedules and fees can all be different by the time you read a page. You are responsible for verifying every detail that matters (with the airline, hotel, operator or relevant government authority) before you book or travel. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial or professional advice, and content about passenger rights or insurance is a general orientation, not a substitute for reading the actual terms of the ticket or policy you buy.

Your bookings are with third parties

Any trip you book after reading our guides is a contract between you and the seller — the airline, hotel, agency or platform you pay. We are not a party to that transaction, we receive no booking details, and we cannot change, cancel or refund anything. Disputes about a booking must be taken to the seller.

Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The site links to external websites we don't control, and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. If and where affiliate links are present, we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you; this never affects what we recommend, as set out in our editorial policy. How third-party links relate to your data is covered in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and share our pages freely. You agree not to:

  • republish substantial portions of the site's content without permission;
  • scrape the site at a volume that burdens the server, or use its content to train or seed a competing service without permission;
  • misrepresent the site's content as your own or as affiliated with any travel seller;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and original graphics on this site belong to LastMinuteTrips.net and are protected by copyright. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not. Trademarks of airlines, hotels and other companies mentioned in guides belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep guides accurate — see our correction process — but we make no warranty that any page is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LastMinuteTrips.net will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including missed flights, cancelled trips, extra costs, or losses connected to third-party services you buy. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms — or anything else — can be sent through our contact page. See also the privacy policy.
